IGA Technical Lead

Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Key role in maintaining and operating IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) systems, covering access management, user support, and incident response
• Opportunity to contribute beyond operations by proposing enhancements, supporting implementation, and delivering new features based on customer needs and technology trends

Annual Salary : 5 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be involved in the following tasks necessary for the stable operation and maintenance of IGA (authority management system).
• Permission management/inventory/authority application management, master maintenance, notifications, etc.
• Inquiries and fault response
• Response to events arising from related tasks and customer measures
• Proposals, implementation support, and releases related to function additions based on customer requests and technology trends

Job Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in system operation or team operations
• Basic understanding of ITIL
• Japanese/communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• English proficiency
• SailPoint, MS Azure, Intra-mart, Informatica, Identity Governance and Administration

Languages : Business level japanese JLPT N2 and business level english.
