Job Description

• Language Proficiency: Communicate and participate in meetings in Japanese, and explain Japanese conversations to the team.
• Code Review: Conduct code reviews and create proper solutions based on Salesforce best practices.
• Programming Languages: Demonstrate proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
• Data Modeling: Understand Salesforce data structures and database design.
• APIs and Integration: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like MuleSoft.
• Test Case Review: Review test cases to ensure quality and understanding of the test plan.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Low-code Automation: Utilize Salesforce's low-code tools for automation.
• Design Patterns: Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
• Security: Understand Salesforce security features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead or similar role.
