Annual Salary: 10 Million and above
Responsibilities:
You will assist with problem resolution and troubleshooting of Cisco network equipment deployed in the following enterprise customer networks:
- Router
- Network Switches
- UCS Server
- Call Manager
- Voice Gateways
- Firewall
- VPN
- AAA
- Wireless access points etc.

Cisco Technical Support Engineer Ibaraki Job Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of network support or deployment experience
- Expertise in at least two of the following technical areas:
- Security
- Network Switch
- Routing
- Wireless Network
- High technical ability and aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Team-oriented attitude
Language Requirements: Native-level Japanese with Business English conversation.
