Job Description

Position Name: Technical Lead / ITSM Service Desk

Responsibilities:

  • We provide DX support, etc., focusing on infrastructure construction, operation and maintenance for customers such as finance, securities, distribution, and consumer goods.
  • Mainly maintain and manage the service environment composed of Window Server, Linux, HP-UX, and NW equipment, and accept new work.
  • Regarding maintenance and management, you will be in charge of a wide range of tasks related to 24H/365D infrastructure operation, such as onsite/offshore operation management, response to work requests from customers and vendors, and troubleshooting.
  • Regarding the acceptance of new operations, you will be required to implement procedures related to operations associated with the addition of servers and operations, adjustment of environment acceptance, maintenance of operational flow, handover to operators, etc. 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of operational processes (ITILv3-v4)
  • Experience operating and operating Windows server/client PCs and Linux (4-5 years or more)
  • Experience operating and operating middleware (JP1 and other monitoring software) (1-2 years or more)
  • Experience creating/improving/reviewing operational procedure manuals
  • Communication skills (coordination with users/vendors, responding to inquiries, managing issues, etc.) Ability to promote automation/efficiency (skills for self-design/creation)
  • Operator management experience (shift management/coordination with BP, etc.)
  • Experience transferring operations to offshore
  • Reports to users/vendors using PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience in operating and operating VMware/ AWS or other cloud environment
