Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead and support change initiatives associated with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes by developing and executing change strategies that align with business goals and minimize resistance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to identify change risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and engagement activities to support user adoption.
  • Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and HR to ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational culture and values.
  • Facilitate change workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to foster understanding and buy-in.
  • Monitor and report on change progress, adoption metrics, and resistance trends.
  • Support the development of super user networks, change champions, and peer support structures.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to help them lead change effectively.
  • Ensure integration of change management activities into the overall project plan.

Language Profficiency: Fluent Japanese Level (JLPT N1) and Business English level
