Annual salary: 4 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Worked as a user support team
• Network/server operation and monitoring
• IT technical support/help desk work
• On-site support for IT equipment (PCs and peripherals)
• Leadership experience

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading an operational project ·[Required]
• Experience in one of the following operational projects
• Experience in equipment operation projects centered on client devices: 3 years or more
• Experience in network equipment/server equipment operation projects: 2 years or more
• Experience in other IT infrastructure related operations: 2 years or more
• [Required] Experience in creating operation flows, work manuals, etc.
