Job description:

• We are looking for technical engineers who are familiar with AWS. In this position, you can work on a wide range of high-impact projects, including cloud computing, infrastructure management, and advanced networking solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced technology solutions in various areas, including cloud infrastructure, networking, and system integration
• Lead complex technical projects from planning to completion, adhering to quality standards, schedules, and budgets
• Architect and optimize IT infrastructure, including on-premises, cloud (especially AWS), and hybrid environments
• Collaborate with engineering teams across functions to ensure smooth integration of various technical components and optimize system performance
• Conduct technical assessments and provide professional recommendations to clients on technology implementation and optimization
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and build robust solutions for project success
• Drive the adoption of best practices in areas such as DevOps, automation, and AI/ML to improve operational efficiency
• Serve as a technical liaison between domestic and international teams, aiding in smooth communication and knowledge transfer

Job Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of working experience as a technical engineer with a focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies
• Proven track record of successfully executing complex technical projects and building trust with clients
• Extensive experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (especially AWS), virtualization, and network technologies
• Expertise in system architecture, database management, and application integration
• Experience implementing innovative methodologies such as DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Excellent skills in any high-level programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++
• Excellent technical communication skills in Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
• Ability to communicate and coordinate well in a global and multilingual environment
• Hands-on experience in enterprise IT projects based on both agile and waterfall development methodologies
• Advanced problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges
• Those who are able to travel for client meetings and internal events

Welcome:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field
• Possessing professional certifications is preferred, such as:
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Cisco CCNA／CCNP
• CompTIA Network+
• Project management-related qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms and relevant certifications
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, 5G, and edge computing

Language: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and English proficiency.
