Job Description

Annual Salary: 8 Million Yen and above

Job Qualifications:

• 8 to 12 years (flexible) work experience required
• Coordinator bridging Japanese and English to enable smooth requirement definition, UAT support, and local coordination
• Requirement discussion in Japanese with English‑speaking development teams and handover to BA
• Meeting recording and documentation for later review
• Timely issuance of minutes and confirmation of requirement agreements
• Creation of diagrams and visual materials as needed
• Stakeholder scheduling and meeting arrangements
• Obtaining Application Manager approval for each document
• User story and mock‑up reviews with business users
• Demo sessions and user training for UAT preparation
• User guide explanation
• Issue list management during requirement definition
• Japanese translation and review of various documents
• Creation of bilingual materials to avoid communication gaps
• Structured meeting facilitation ensuring logical consistency (data, screens, logic, processes, I/O)
• Issue and approval resolution support in collaboration with Partner PM
• Notification and follow‑up of user tasks

Japanese Languages: Native Japanese level (JLPT N) and business level english required
