Annual Salary : 7 million yen and above

Job Description:

• Ensures continuity of day-to-day identity and infrastructure operations while core teams focus on analysis and planning activities. Need prior infrastructure experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Provide operational support for identity and access-related activities
• Handle routine account updates, access issues, and group management
• Investigate and resolve authentication or login incidents
• Support core enterprise infrastructure and productivity environments
• Respond to operational escalations related to identity changes
• Maintain operational runbooks and procedures
• Ensure service stability throughout the readiness phase

Language Proficiency: English Business level, Japanese not required.
