Play a Key Role in Inventory Optimization Monitor and analyze inventory variances while ensuring optimal stock levels, preventing stockouts, and supporting efficient retail operations.

Data-Driven Inventory Management with ERP/WMS Utilize enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle to manage inventory data, generate KPI dashboards, and enhance operational visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration in a Multi-Channel Retail Environment Work closely with logistics, finance, merchandising, and retail teams to maintain stock accuracy across both physical stores and e-commerce channels while driving continuous process improvements.
Annual Salary: 8 Million and Above
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and investigate inventory variances.
- Manage stock levels, including follow-up of in-transit quantities, overstock identification, and stock-out prevention.
- Operate and maintain mastery of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Execute and coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
- Produce regular reporting, dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure data accuracy and stock reliability.
- Maintain strong understanding of product categories, seasonality, and life cycles within the retail environment.
Job Qualification:
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of ERP/WMS tools and advanced Excel.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel retail operations (stores + e commerce).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in inventory control, stock management, or retail operations.
- Experience in retail or large-scale distribution is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory processes and challenges across several sales channels.
