• Key Bridge Role Between Japanese Clients and Global Teams Utilize bilingual communication skills to translate requirements, draft user stories, and ensure clear alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
• End-to-End Project Involvement and Leadership Contribute to roadmap planning, requirements management, solution validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.

Annual Salary: 8 Million Yen and above

Responsibilities

• Draft requirements, plan road map and manage requirements with clients with exceptional negotiation skills
• Facilitates the execution of project/program.
• Drafting user stories and validating the solution of the application
• Responsible for translation from Japanese to English.
• Acts as a first point of contact on applications from client perspective
• Facilitates execution of continuous improvement plans.
• Performs active role in managing stakeholder relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team leadership skills and ownership mindset mandatory

Job Qualifications:

• Having Overall 16+years of experience
• Strong Analytical skills and experience in drafting user stories and solutioning of the application
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak with confidence
• Self initiative and self driven personality
• Understand the Japanese culture very well and empathy with the customer based on their needs
• Ensures that the project/program fulfills all necessary compliance (e.g. legal, regulatory, and financial) Certification in Agile ,Scrum, SAFE preferred

Japanese Languages: Fluent Japanese level (JLPT N1) and business level english required
