Annual Salary: 17 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and Implementing Boundary-Free Technology Strategies (Concept to Business) Interpret Companies technology development plans as "materials" and independently conceive and propose business opportunities in new fields such as smart cities, energy management, and robotics. Go beyond the traditional "supplier" framework and personally design and lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects with tech companies and startups. 
• National and Global Project Development Rather than simply applying for grants, you will formulate projects that rewrite the "rules of the industry (standardization)" themselves, while taking into account the intentions of Japanese government agencies and the European headquarters. Utilizing public funds, you will develop strategic schemes that connect your business ideas to large-scale proof-of-concept experiments. 
• Raising the Presence of the "company Platform" Participate in government working groups and standardization committees. With your technical background, you will be deeply involved in roadmap development, creating an arena where Client can compete most advantageously.] 

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• No business management experience required.
• Experience in IT, tech, or IoT industries (not automotive)
• Practical experience at IT/tech companies or within advanced business development departments
• Understanding software technology trends and the ability to articulate how they can be converted into business value
• Strong ability to overcome organizational barriers and engage external partners effectively
• Comfortable collaborating with global teams using English.

Language Profficiency : Business level english and Business level Japanese (JLPT N2)
