Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client companies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and ensure high satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion within existing client accounts

2. Project Execution:

  • Lead and supervise multiple complex projects in network infrastructure
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and on time
  • Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation measures as necessary
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal resources and external vendors

3. Business Development:

  • Contribute to the creation of proposals and presentation materials for new business opportunities
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase Client's capabilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the network infrastructure field.

4. Industry expertise:

  • Stay up to date on trends, regulations, and innovations in the network infrastructure field.
  • Provide strategic insights and leadership to clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of services and solutions specializing in AWS cost optimization.

5. Team leadership:

  • Mentor and train junior members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Client's methodologies, processes, and quality standards

6. Cloud Cost Governance:

  • Lead and supervise multiple complex projects focused on AWS cost optimization
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and on time
  • Manage project risks and challenges and implement mitigation measures as necessary
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal resources and external vendors

7. FinOps Practice:

  • Implement FinOps practices aimed at optimizing cloud spending
  • Conduct cost analysis and make proposals for cost reduction
  • Create and maintain cost management dashboards and reports

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese and business level English
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with at least 5 years of experience focused on network infrastructure
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex network infrastructure projects.
  • Deep understanding of AWS cost management tools and practices
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives related to network infrastructure, including IoT, data analytics, and cloud computing
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business trips are permitted up to 50% of the time

Japanese Languages: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and business-level English required
