Position Name:- Project Manager

Description:-

• This position will primarily be responsible to interface with clients and play an important role to prepare project plan, establish project governance, managing budgets, monitoring progress, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and leading project team.
•  Manage projects in an agile way ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget and schedule 
•  Build a project plan to manage from execution to delivery 
•  Track and control the progress, project milestones, unforeseen delays and risks, then realign as per expectations
•  Manage the project team effectively and deliver high quality work products
•  Measure the project performance continuously and take actions as required
•  Ensure good client experience

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
•  At least 14 years of industry experience.
•  At least 10 years of domain experience in Banking and Financial services industry.
•  At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
•  Strong (near-native) Japanese skills, with business-level English skills.
•  Strong customer communication and coordination capabilities.
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management.
• Strong experience and understanding of various software development life cycle models and phases.

Preferred Qualifications

•  At least 4 years of experience in Digital Transformation.
•  Experience in Core-Banking/Channels/Payments/Wealth-Management solution implementations.
•  Experience on cloud migration or legacy migration projects.
•  Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
•  Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
