Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to an end-user with a system running in an AWS environment, assisting with various ongoing projects.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience with AWS to troubleshoot, support, and optimize systems.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.

AWS Technical Support Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Experience in AWS construction, migration, and operational tasks.
• Experience in requirement definition is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Solution Architect certification.
• Experience as an AWS Solution Architect.
• Proficiency in Python.
