Position Name: SAP Test Manager Otemachi Job

SAP Test Manager Otemachi Job Qualifications:

• Review the overall test strategy and test plan for the S/4 HANA implementation, covering all testing phases (unit, integration, system, user acceptance, performance, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the project management team, business analysts, and development teams to understand the project scope, timeline, and requirements.
• Identify testing objectives, risks, and mitigation strategies in alignment with the project goals.
• Review the test organization structure, roles, and responsibilities of the test team.
• Mentor the test team, ensuring adherence to Quality Gates, Timelines and Quality Assurance requirements.
• Review the test cases, test scripts for completeness, and test data used for testing.
• Oversee the execution of test cases, track defects, and monitor test progress.
• Provide regular status reports on testing progress, defect trends, and risks to the project leadership and maintain a RAID Log
• Coordinate with the business users and subject matter experts for issues user acceptance testing.
• Ensure the testing process adheres to the organization's quality standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and oversee the implementation of automated testing framework.
• Work closely with the change management team to ensure smooth implementation.
• Setup the Test Factory for the Roll Outs

Japanese Language: Japanese native and Business Level required and business level english
