Annual Salary: 12 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a million dollar transition program
• Manage onsite & offshore team to deliver the project on time, quality and budget.
• Stakeholder Management - Senior level of client and offshore team
• Work with client closely to resolve any issues.

Secondly:

• Support sales team for exploring the business opportunities.
• Support practices to improve capabilities, and methodologies

Life Insurance Program Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Bilingual Japanese and English (professional Japanese (N1 or Native) and business English)
• A large scale program management experiences
• 5+ years Project management with onsite and offshore delivery model.
• Experienced or familiar with IT outsourcing model and how to manage offshore team
• Communication and presentation skills with senior management level.
• Deep understanding of Agile software development

Language Requirements : Business N2 level Japanese & Business English conversation skill.
