Project Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the infrastructure field of system construction and IT work: 5 years or more
• The type does not matter as long as it is in the infrastructure field, such as PCs, servers, mainframes, etc.
• Over 3 years of experience working as a project lead.
• Experience working on a project as the main person in charge, rather than part-time or support.Also, it doesn't matter what position you were in when participating in the project, such as PM, engineer, operations, infrastructure developer, etc.
• Experience leading a team/project as a leader or sub-leader: 1 year or more
• Japanese skills: Native level (sufficient verbal and written communication and coordination ability with stakeholders)
• English skills: Reading and writing level

Preferred Qualification:

• English skills: Business level (level to be able to communicate in meetings, emails, etc.)

Japanese Language: Japanese (Native Level) Business level English.
