Job Responsibilities:
- Cloud PC Administration:
- Support the provisioning and onboarding of Windows 365 Cloud PCs across multiple user personas — Frontline, Knowledge, and Power Users — following established deployment runbooks
- Configure and manage W365 provisioning policies and Intune compliance and configuration profiles with guidance from the SME lead
- Assist with Azure Network Connection (ANC) health checks and network readiness validation before each deployment wave
- End User Support & Troubleshooting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Cloud PC support — handling user queries, incidents, and service requests via email, chat, and phone channels
- Diagnose and resolve common Cloud PC issues including login failures, Windows App connectivity problems, session performance degradation, and application not launching
- Guide users through first-time Cloud PC setup, Windows App installation, and initial login — ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience
Job Qualification:
- Technical Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in an IT support, desktop engineering, or end user computing role
- 2+ years of hands-on Windows 365 Cloud PC experience in a production or near-production environment
- Working knowledge of Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning policies, the Windows App client, and Intune-based device management
- Solid Microsoft Intune experience — compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment
- Familiarity with Azure fundamentals — VNETs, NSGs, Azure Monitor, and the Azure portal
- Experience troubleshooting Cloud PC provisioning failures, application errors, and user connectivity issues using Intune logs and Endpoint Analytics
- User Support Skills:
- Proven experience providing end user support in a corporate IT environment — handling incidents, service requests, and how-to queries
- Strong troubleshooting skills — able to methodically diagnose and resolve desktop, application, and connectivity issues with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical issues in plain, user-friendly language and manage user expectations professionally
- Experience supporting users through technology migrations or platform changes — guiding them patiently through new tools and processes
- Required Certifications:
- MD-102 — Endpoint Administrator Associate
- AZ-900 — Azure Fundamentals
- MS-900 — Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- AZ-104 — Azure Administrator Associate
- ITIL 4 Foundation
