Annual Salary: 10 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Own solution architecture spanning SFMC (Email/Mobile/Advertising/Personalization) and Data Cloud (data model, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, activations).
  • Define enterprise architecture standards: integration patterns (MuleSoft/APIs/MC Connect), eventing, data pipelines, and monitoring.
  • Design data models, unified profiles, consent frameworks, and data lifecycle management aligned to APPI and client policies.
  • Establish segmentation, journey orchestration, decisioning, and channel strategy for high‑scale use cases.
  • Create reference architectures, guardrails, and design patterns; review and approve technical designs.
  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, Data, and Security stakeholders; lead roadmap, sizing, and phasing across releases.
  • Provide technical leadership to PMs, developers, and QAs; enable DevOps/CI‑CD and monitoring/observability.
  • Conduct performance, cost, and scalability reviews; plan capacity and data retention.
  • Mentor teams; lead PoCs for complex use cases (real‑time triggers, direct‑to‑ad activation, web/mob personalization).

Job Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in MarTech/CRM with 5+ years hands‑on SFMC and 2+ years Salesforce Data Cloud (or equivalent CDP).
  • Deep expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, AMPscript/SSJS, SQL, and Personalization.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Cloud: data streams, mapping, identity resolution rules, calculated insights, segments, activations, data actions, and governance.
  • Proven integration experience: MC Connect, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, event streaming, SFTP, and ETL tools.
  • Understanding of data privacy (APPI, consent, preference centers) and security (PII handling, tokenization).
  • Bilingual: Japanese (JLPT N2+) and Business English; excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management

Preffered Qualification:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, Developer, Integration/MuleSoft.
  • Application/Technical Architect track a plus.

Japanese Languages: Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2+) and Business English
