Position Name: SNOW Senior Technology Architect Tokyo Job

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Demo Offerings
• Work on finalizing the backlog
• Analyze your product backlog
• Explain requirements to the development team
• Testing to ensure that the final product is fully functional and meets the requirements
• Implementation of exhibitions
• Implementation of training for stakeholders (support OCM)
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating ServiceNow in enterprise-wide, multi-vendor IT service management environments
• Experience with ServiceNow core solution services such as (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, CSM, GBS, HRSDITSM, ITAM, ITOM)
• At least one of the above qualifications/certifications is preferred.
• Lead a team of engineers and develop skills
• Understanding of IT infrastructure operations

SNOW Senior Technology Architect Tokyo Job Qualification:

• Language Skills: Japanese=Native English= Business Level
• At least 3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
• At least 5 years of experience in information technology

• ServiceNow Certifications
• Experience implementing Service Now in small and medium-sized businesses
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience and willingness to work in a global delivery environment

Japanese Language: Native-level Japanese speaker and Business level English
