Tech Lead Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in web application development (any language, Golang, PHP, Python, Node.js, Ruby, etc.)
• Experience in RDBMS development (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader or equivalent (even in a small team)
• Basic knowledge of servers and cloud computing
• Experience investigating development using generative AI

Preferred

• Experience in development and operation of large-scale web services
• Experience in development and operation on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in development using technologies related to generative AI (LLM, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
