Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safe and stable operation of server systems
• Infrastructure server operations (O365 related servers, Active Directory, file servers, printer servers, etc.)
• Work to reduce vulnerabilities in OS and middleware (reduction of vulnerability alerts, reporting work to related parties, etc.)
• Promote improvements and cost savings using new technologies (automation of existing operations using Ansible, BIG-FIX, scripting, etc.)
• Building and streamlining/improving business execution and operational processes with other internal departments and business departments

Lead Infrastructure Engineer Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Server system construction work or server system operation work experience (5 years or more)
  • Main server OS: RedHat Linux, Windows, IBM AIX
  • Experience with EOL product refresh support and server system migration work
• Work experience and skills as a leader related to system infrastructure (3 years or more)
  • Business progress management
  • Summary of failure response
  • Have communication skills to build and maintain relationships with other departments within the company and business departments.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to build and improve operational processes and improve operational efficiency, etc.

Preferred Qualification:

• Understand the outline of automation using configuration management tools such as Ansible and Chef, and have experience in implementing and using them.
• Ability to use scripting languages ​​such as Shell, PowerShell, and Python
• Experience building teams using Agile
