Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Lead data and AI strategy initiatives with exposure to cutting-edge AI and LLM solutions.

Annual Salary: 10 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Advocate client and provide thought leaderships in data analytics and AI
• Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional to define the holistic data management system architecture
• Demonstrate compelling business values to the client with the Data/AI architecture/solution aligning to the business scenarios
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and outline data management/AI standards, guidelines, governing principles, and policies aligning to the client requirements
• Designing data flows from its origination to consumption and outline data integration and management techniques
• Data reference architecture and framework creation
• AI/ML/DL, LLMs and ChatGPT skills
• Pre-sales activities, proposal creation and client presentation

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or equivalent foreign qualification. In addition, instead of one year of academic qualifications, three years of work experience in the field of specialization are considered.
• At least 12 years of experience in information technology.
• Japan nationals and those who are allowed to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are not able to sponsor you at this time.
• At least 10 years of AI design, data architecture, and solutions experience

Preferred Qualification:

• At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics/AI domain
• Skills on LLMs, Foundational models and ChatGPT is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Japanese Language: Native-level Japanese speaker and Business level English
