Enterprise Architect Shinagawa Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience, plus EA and Solution Architecture experience
• Strong knowledge of EA, Solution Architecture frameworks/best practices
• Deep knowledge of business processes, business and technology capabilities (preferably in the financial services industry), ability to determine common functions across the enterprise
• Ability to create and execute a clear strategic vision for a common application target architecture that supports both enterprise and business strategies
• Ability to clearly communicate the vision and target state across all levels of the organization and influence the adoption of enterprise architecture principles, patterns, standards to demonstrate progress on technology maturity.
• Ability to proactively interpret and translate complex business challenges into common technology solutions while aligning with enterprise capabilities.
• Objective, diplomatic team player with excellent collaboration, networking, and influencing skills, as well as credibility and commitment to building trust and developing relationships.
• Accustomed to managing multiple efforts across different areas. Experience managing projects, budgets and schedules to successful completion.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, and resilience; comfort with and ability to thrive on and drive change while navigating ambiguity.
