Annual Salary : 10 Million yen and above

Responsibilities

• You will be able to lead Banking Capital Markets, an area where we have a particularly high presence and where your strengths can be utilized.
• You will also be entrusted with managing overseas teams, so you will be able to work dynamically both domestically and overseas.
• Depending on your wishes, you will be entrusted with a wide range of tasks as the number two person on the team, so you will be able to build a solid career with expertise in the financial industry.

Qualifications:

• Project experience (3 years or more) in the core banking field with specific functions (loan, deposit, trade finance, payment, etc.) on the operations or system side
• Communication skills to promote projects while coordinating and negotiating with domestic and overseas parties
• Work experience using English (not necessary to be fluent, but able to speak as well as read and write)
• A reliable and serious person Able to value correct Japanese expression (in accordance with the business practices of the industry)
• Able to act proactively and autonomously
• Able to have a deep understanding of our company's seven core values
• Able to be familiar with Japanese business practices and how to work smoothly with Japanese people rather than the language itself

Preferred

• Experience in financial system-related projects
• Experience in package system implementation (core banking, payment, etc.)
• Experience in BPR for on-site administration
• Experience/knowledge of banking
• Experience in agile development
• Experience in PMO in system development

Japanese Languages: Business level Japanese(N2) and business level English required
