Job Description

Appealing Points:

  • Lead large-scale projects end-to-end, from planning and sprint execution to release governance, cutover, and hypercare support
  • Drive digital transformation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud across CRM, data platforms, and MarTech/AdTech ecosystems
  • Work in a global environment, managing cross-functional and offshore teams while leveraging both Japanese and English communication skills

Annual Salary : 5 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition from an existing vendor (member management, customer negotiations, vendor coordination, etc.)
  • Issue management and coordination, member management, SLA management, customer negotiation, reporting, and coordination, collaboration with other teams (L1/L2/L3), promotion of work efficiency, etc.

Job Qualifications:

  • Advanced communication skills in Japanese
  • Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), general knowledge of IT, advanced knowledge of PC, server, and cloud systems
  • Microsoft Windows 10, Experience in master building and operation on Windows 11, operating Microsoft Configuration Management System (MCM, formerly SCCM)
  • Knowledge and practical experience in ITIL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing members as a team leader (regardless of team size)
  • Initiative to pick up and adjust tasks such as problems and issues on your own.
  • Windows scripting skills

Languages : Fluent japanese level  JLPT N1 and business level english.
