Job Description:

Support and lead SAP ECC/S/4HANA SD (Order-to-Cash) business operation issues and enhancements for Home appliance client. Requires strong SAP SD expertise, and Japanese communication skills to work with business stakeholders and global teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) process
• Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Returns Management, STO, MTO, MTS
• Integration with MM, PP, FI
• Interface management (IDOC, EDI) with external systems
• Documentation (Functional Specs, Process Flows, Test Scripts)
• Provide operation support for the day-to-day issues that occur in the business process. Gather and document requirements from Japanese business users.
• Communication and coordination between business and Global teams for production related issues, Bug fix and change request.
• Handle EDI/IDOC and interface issues.
• UAT Support and training sessions in Japanese.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong SAP SD functional expertise with 10+ years experience
• Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical business processes
• Knowledge of batch management, expiry handling, and traceability
• Experience working with Japanese clients/business culture
• Ability to handle end-to-end implementations and support
• End-to-end SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) process
• Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Returns Management
• Batch Management & Expiry Handling (Pharma Products)
• Government-regulated Pricing & Contract Management
• Integration with MM, FI, WM/EWM, QM
• Interface management (IDOC, EDI) with distributors and pharmacies
• Documentation (Functional Specs, Process Flows, Test Scripts
• Strong SAP SD functional expertise with 7+ years’ experience
• Knowledge of serialization, batch management, expiry handling, and traceability
• Experience working with Japanese clients/business culture
• Ability to handle end-to-end implementations and support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• SAP SD certification
• Experience in Japan onsite/offshore projects

Langauge requirements: Business level Japanese and Business level English
