Job Description:

The project involves robust application maintenance and support for multiple Windchill PLM instances & CAD applications. Support involves System Administrative Services, Business Administrative Services and End User Support Services. Support activity will be in Japan, China & India. It maintaining Functional and Technical documentation. Providing Windchill PLM customization and Automation of CAD tool as per business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the discussion with stakeholders, develop solution, develop statement of work and come up with project plan.
• Planning, supporting Windchill Monthly maintenances and upgrades as per product owner (PTC).
• Windchill System Administrative Services and Business Administrative Services.
• Resolve technical and functional issues on Windchill PLM and CAD (SolidWorks & AutoCAD).
• Mentor the support team to resolve complex CAD issues.
• Resolving Windchill workflow issues.

Qualifications:

• Japanese and English Language -> Proficient level
• Windchill and CAD end user support.
• Windchill customization.

Japanese languages: Business level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
