Job description
- Project management
- leading requirements definition (including user negotiations and on-site interviews)

Job Qualifications:
- Experience in HR systems (planning, implementation, operation, or maintenance) *Development experience is not required
- Experience in project management in the business system field (including leading requirements definition and vendor management)
- Experience in people management or team supervision (including training, system building, and evaluation)
- Experience in vendor control and cost/delivery/quality control through internal and external negotiations

- Experience in planning, designing, and promoting large-scale business process reform (BPR)
- Experience in budget formulation and approval processes
- Experience in formulating IT architecture concepts based on cloud utilization
