Position Name: CRM/MA System Design And Development
Job Description:
- The role and mission of the Ocado Smart Platform (abbreviated as OSP) is to build an entire marketing system (starting from zero!) to maximise the CX experience.
- The role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the following systems.
- The department is in charge of all systems that make contact with users, such as MA, CRM and call centres.
- The mission is to consolidate user information and other data, improve the CX experience and create a system that can increase internal productivity.
- The development, design and operation of CRM (Salesforce zendesk) and MA systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Development and operation of systems used in call centres.
- Design and development of various campaign systems and customer programmes (using waon points (point system))
Qualifications:
- Experience in CRM system development and operation (Salesforce zendesk or other packages).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the development and operation of MA tools and marketing systems.
- Experience in development and operation using Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc. is welcome.
