Responsibilities

• Overall understanding and status confirmation of all executed projects (Language: Japanese)
• Portfolio summary - document creation and collaboration (language: Japanese)
• Preparation of monthly report materials for life insurance CIO and Prudential Group corporate CIO (language: English/Japanese)
• Facilitation of project progress confirmation meetings, etc. (Language: Japanese)
• Implementation of management, maintenance, and improvement of various processes necessary for project promotion

Project Governance and Reporting Management Shinagawa Job Qualifications:

• Experience with IT implementation projects or IT system operation management regardless of size or role.
• Experience in creating reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Japanese), experience in business use (Japanese)
• Knowledge of project management framework/understanding of terminology
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) framework/understanding of terminology
• Facilitation skills (meeting coordination, proceedings, time management)
• Conversations and texts sufficient for efficient coordination of requests and conflict management among stakeholders.
• Written Japanese communication skill
• Project management orientation
• Suggesting improvements such as streamlining and automating work
• English proficiency of TOEIC 600 or higher or equivalent
• Able to continuously make efforts to increase knowledge (study)

Japanese Language: Japanese (Fluent level), Business level English.
