Job Description:

• We are looking for initial members of a new organization aimed at strengthening collaboration between business consulting and development businesses. In addition to delivering projects as a PM/IT consultant, you will also be involved in planning and concepting to strengthen collaboration, as well as in executing and running the organization. You can also promote your work with discretion from a perspective closer to management, in line with your own career path.
• Direction and overall improvement of PM work
• Management of PMs - Formulation and promotion of mid- to long-term technology strategies
• Recruitment and education of PMs and engineers
• Management - Resolving organizational issues
• Improving customer satisfaction - Customer success

 PM IT Consultant Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Share the vision of "making Japan's DX an industry that we can be proud of on a global scale.
  Experience as a project manager (PM) or engineer
  Interest in not only PM work but also in the operation of one's own company's business and organization
  Deep knowledge in specific areas such as IT strategy, ITDD, Digital, AI/IoT
  Experience in technology-driven business process reform
  Experience in end-to-end consulting support from planning DX-related projects to the operation phase after service launch (either from scratch or packaged)

Japanese Langauge : Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and business level english
