Job Responsibilities:

Interface with key stakeholders with High Impact communication. Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Japanese languages.

• Ability to analyze business processes for direct and indirect procurements and map them to SAP Ariba standard processes for SAP S4 HANA and SAP Ariba solutions with focus on direct materials in view of B2B Integrations with supplier ERP system from client ERP system via customer and supplier’s layers of middleware’s.
• Execute end-to-end B2B integrations, Sot, UAT, Deployment and Go live with 4-week hyper-care support.
• Lead system demo. Prepare functional specifications and detailed designs, conduct tests, coordinate with teams, manage cutovers to production and post-go live support. define gaps in SAP Ariba B2B integrations and backend S4 Hana ERP processes for direct procurement relevant for Ariba SCC. Adjust integration specification and mapping as required.
• Must have experience in Supplier B2B integration with cXML and EDI methods for Ariba SCC interfaces.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba Direct material solution -Ariba SCC
• At least 5-year experience in SAP MM on S4 Hana and competent with SAP table, EDI/cXML proxy mapping, interfaces, Idocs, configuration and MM processes.
• Expert in Ariba configurations, Integrations using Ariba Managed gate way, cloud connector, integration project set up, custom mappings, procurement transactional Data integrations, awareness of APIs integration to SAP and Non-SAP systems. As SAP consultant you are expected to be conversant with SAP ALE/EDI (IDOC expertise, cXML, Web services, output determination and interfaces and integration specifications in Cxml and ANSI X 12/EDI.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications, writing detail integrations specifications for mapping for fields and development of custom interfaces programs, testing, co-ordination with teams, cutovers to production and post go live support.
• Communicating with other SAP modules such as SAP-MM & SAP-FICO for better understanding of business scenarios relevant for SAP ARIBA master and transactional data and integrations with SAP S4 Hana for contract, Pos Order confirmations, Advance ship notices, Invoice, credit memo, returns, batch manages material
• Exposure to handling day-to-to-today support issues, CIG for interfaces, ALE, IDOC issue and quick resolutions
• Independently handle client and external stakeholder, keep control over Deliverable & Good oral and written communication skill in English and Japanese languages
• Worked on Global Delivery Model
• Good people Management and soft skills

Job Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of overall experience in:
  • SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC)
  • Commerce Automation & Ariba e-Invoicing
  • SAP Business Network
  • Supplier Enablement & Supplier B2B Integration
  • SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise) – Materials Management (MM)
• Minimum 5 years of SAP Ariba Network experience, including:
  • Buy-side and supplier-side administration
  • Supplier enablement
  • End-to-end B2B integration
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Full SAP Ariba landscape
  • SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
  • Integration with SAP S/4HANA (MM/AP) and Ariba SCC

Japanese languages: Business -level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business-level English.
