Position Name: ITSM Process Consultant Tokyo Job
• 5+ years of experience in the ITSM field or equivalent relevant work experience
• ITIL certification, and expertise and experience with IM, PM, CM, KM, SLM, SRM, SACM, CMDB, availability and capacity management processes, and practices
• Practical knowledge of Symphony Summit AI or other ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager).
• Experience in lifecycle support for asset and configuration management processes
• Written and verbal communication and trust-building and problem-solving skills based on basic technical knowledge of IT.
- Communication, escalation, and cross-cultural understanding with clients, vendors, and global teams
- Experience in writing client presentations, documentation, and reports
- Experience in writing and reviewing agreed-upon reports with a detailed understanding of SLAs, KPIs, etc.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in driving overall service and ITIL optimization through close communication with other service delivery managers.
