Job Description

Annual Salary : 8 million yen and above

Job Qualifications:

• 8 to 10+ Years Strong understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Experience designing dimensional models (fact and dimension tables) for analytics and reporting.
• Ability to align data models with business requirements and reporting needs.
• Strong experience building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines.
• Proficiency with SQL and data transformation frameworks. Snowflake knowledge preferred.
• Experience with modern data platforms (cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT tools, batch and/or streaming pipelines).
• Ability to communicate effectively with local business users, offshore teams, and global stakeholders.
• Capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.

Language Proficiency: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
