Annual salary: 6 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Architecture Design
• Select and design optimal technologies and system architectures aligned with business needs
• Define, maintain, and continuously enhance mid- to long-term technology strategies and standards for digital services (mobile apps and web platforms)
• Lead technical decision-making across multiple platforms, including Android and iOS
• Digital Product & Campaign Support
• Provide technical leadership across the full digital product lifecycle, from planning and development to release and optimization
• Evaluate technical feasibility, define specifications, and manage risks for digital campaigns
• Proactively leverage new technologies and approaches to maximize business value

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect for app, web, or e-commerce services
• At least 2+ years of experience leading mobile development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications
• Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Experience working across multiple platforms and technologies
• Proven ability to drive architectural decisions for Android and iOS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated customer focus with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project scope, timelines, and budgets
• A mindset of persistence—never giving up, exploring all possibilities, and achieving results even in difficult situations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous in execution
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products, software, and processes

Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
