Job Description

• He leads business transformation and DX promotion for customers in the insurance industry using the latest technologies (AI, cloud, data infrastructure, etc.). Specifically, we provide services that realize transformation through the following technologies:
• Improving IT performance through legacy modernization
• Introducing data-driven management through data platform and data governance
• Improving internal operations and customer experience through AI introduction
• Others, system implementation using world-class technology, IT outsourcing, etc.
• Hearing and analysis of customer issues, solution proposals, requirement definition (business requirement definition/system requirement definition), project promotion
• Delivery management in collaboration with global teams, optimization of quality, cost, and delivery

Job Qualifications

• Experience in IT consulting or project management for the insurance industry
• Hands-on experience at one or more of the following: system integrators (SIers), consulting firms, IT vendors, or insurance companies
• Strong experience in client engagement, requirements definition, and proposal creation
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese, including documentation and decision-making support
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects
• Experience in driving digital DX initiatives and implementing AI and cloud technologies
• System development experience within the above-mentioned projects
• Experience in proposing and managing global projects
• Experience in project management utilizing offshore delivery teams
• Understanding and analyzing client challenges, proposing solutions, defining business and system requirements, and driving project execution
• Managing delivery in collaboration with global teams, optimizing quality, cost, and timelines
• Coordinating and building consensus among internal and external stakeholders, and reporting to senior management

Languages : Fluent japanese level  JLPT N1 and business level english.
