Job Description

  • End-to-End Salesforce Project Exposure Take a hands-on role in full lifecycle delivery on Salesforce, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Deepen Expertise Across Salesforce Clouds Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including integrations, data migration, and governance best practices.
  • Global Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership Experience Collaborate with Japanese and global teams, manage KPIs, mitigate risks proactively, and enhance both consulting and cross-cultural communication skills.

Annual Salary : 7 million yen and above

Job Qualifications:

  • Act as a hands-on Salesforce consultant involved in end-to-end project delivery.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant clouds).
  • Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with global and Japanese stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
  • Support data migration, integrations, and user training activities.
  • Ensure best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce governance are followed.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items across cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project KPIs and escalate risks or issues proactively.
  • Maintain and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Japanese Language: Japanese Native level (N) and above and Business level English
