Job Description

• Key role in managing and stabilizing SAP Solution Manager landscape Own end-to-end SolMan operations including LMDB/SLD synchronization and integration with S/4HANA, BTP, BW, and satellite systems.
• Advanced change, transport, and ITSM governance expertise Leverage ChaRM for transport and release management, support ITSM processes, and integrate with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools in a global environment.
• High-impact collaboration with global Basis and CoE teams Support projects with documentation, test management, monitoring, and diagnostics while ensuring alignment with global governance and operational standards.

Annual Salary:8 Million and above

Job Qualification: 

• Manage and maintain SolMan system landscape, ensuring accurate LMDB and SLD synchronization with all connected systems.
• Coordinate system connections between SolMan, S/4HANA, BW, BTP, and satellite systems via RFCs and trusted connections.
• Administer and support ChaRM workflows for transport management, retrofit configuration, and release cycles.
• Provide guidance to project teams for setting up project documentation and test management using SolMan tools.
• Configure user roles, authorizations, and templates within SolMan for different support roles.
• Support configuration of IT Service Management (ITSM) and integration with ServiceNow or ticketing tools if applicable.
• Ensure smooth operation of Solution Manager diagnostics agents, system monitoring alerts, and automatic notification settings.
• Support upgrade, patching, and migration activities for SolMan system landscape.
• Collaborate with Basis and COE teams to align SolMan configurations with global governance standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for SolMan configuration, operational guidelines, and change control procedures

Language Skills: Native level Japanese and Business level English
