Position Name: Support Junior Engineer Tokyo Job

Annual Salary: 3million and above

Responsibilities:

• PC Kitting & Installation: Assist in the assembly, configuration, and installation of PCs and related equipment.
• Logistics Support: Manage dispatch of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation is completed for each shipment.
• Asset Management: Update and maintain asset inventory lists, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware using Excel.
• Documentation: Complete necessary logistics documents for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the onsite team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to project tasks as required.
• Lifting & Setup: Assist in lifting and setting up PCs and other IT equipment as required.

Support Junior Engineer Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Language: Native Japanese speaker (fluent in both spoken and written Japanese).
• Experience: Previous experience in a technical support or logistics role is preferred, but not required.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of PC hardware, software installation, and IT asset management.
• Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for managing inventory lists and documentation.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work within a team.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with lifting and setting up PCs and equipment.
