Annual Salary:6 Million and above

Job Qualification: 

• Investigate underperforming cells along road corridors across the entire Telstra Australia network using drive test results, performance counters, and crowd-sourced rankings (Umlaut) to identify coverage, mobility, and quality issues.
• Recommend and implement parameter adjustments to resolve issues such as poor handover behavior, overshooting, or weak coverage.
• Perform root cause classification of failures (coverage gap, interference, parameter inconsistency, etc.).
• Review UE mobility events (e.g., RRC reconfiguration, paging cycles, EPSBearer setup) to troubleshoot call drops or HO rejections.
• Support enhancement of 5G leg addition for EN DC, optimizing dual connectivity anchoring to improve data performance and coverage continuity.
• Correlate drive test anomalies with OSS dump configurations to identify mismatches and root causes.
• Generate structured event timelines and milestone mapping to highlight critical failure points and network behavior transitions.
• Create RF optimization reports, failure summaries, and presentation decks for internal reviews and Telstra stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor key network KPIs (availability, CSSR, CDR, throughput, latency) as validation points for the effectiveness of implemented parameter changes.

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N2 and above) and Business level English
