Position Name: Major Domestic Automobile Manufacturer Tokyo Job

Annual Salary: 8 Million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selecting/creating software architecture for the powertrain domain. Attend design validation meetings and get approval. Coach the team on implementing, reviewing and delivering the architecture. Analyze on-site issues and find Provide hands-on mentoring, training and guidance on creating plant models. 
• Support understanding the design and participating in design meetings.

Major Domestic Automobile Manufacturer Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in model-based development in the automotive field
• Experience in creating requirement specifications and high-level/low-level design specifications in the powertrain field
• Responsible for creating plant models based on static and dynamic physical characteristics of target systems in the powertrain field
• Experience with MATLAB model creation and MATLAB model simulation

Preferred

• Experience with OEM, Tier1, and supplier development
• Work experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tool chains including SysML modeling tools such as Astah, Cameo, and Enterprise Architect
• Experience with ECU design processes related to V-cycle
• Experience with MIL, SIL, and HIL verification and validation

Language Skill:  Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and business level english
