Position Name: Software Engineer Tokyo Job

Annual Salary: 6 Million and above

Job Description

• Design, develop and test software systems using client's software frameworks and tools at client's designated location
• Form alignment between team and client to facilitate resolution of issues impeding team performance
• Build and nurture relationships with clients in Japan
• Understand and analyze requirements
• Deliver work product of sufficient quality within schedule
• Support client in QA testing

Software Engineer Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years Experience developing software for Linux operating systems
• Experience programming in C or C++
• Experience with the software development life cycle
• Excellent problem analysis and documentation skills
• Strong communication & collaboration skills to integrate with our advanced collaborative development environment
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with version control systems such as git, svn
• Experience in semiconductor production
• Understanding of SEMI conductor industry standards such as SECS/GEM, EDA
• Experience developing equipment (machine) control software
• Knowledge of socket programming, multithreading, inter-process communication (IPC)
• Experience with shell scripts (shell/bash)

Language Skill:  Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and business level english
