Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, timeline and deliverables and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
• Develop the overall project schedule and participate in project estimating. Maintain project schedule and budget.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders in person and through remote work models, as appropriate.
• Transition and change management – ​​before, during and after a project
• Project Stakeholder Management - Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Project Scope and Schedule Management
• Due diligence and a data-driven approach drive regular project reviews to mitigate risk
• Achieving budget, schedule and quality /scope project goals
• Escalate project issues to senior management as needed.
• Contribute to the delivery of all aspects of projects and services : Managing and reporting on project activities, systems and information security.
• Reporting, analyzing, and resolving implementation, stakeholder, and project operation related issues that may affect the quality of the services, as well as resolving stakeholder questions and issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Carry out process optimization, improvement and modernization initiatives where appropriate

Qualifications:

• Business level English skills, business /native level Japanese skills.
• A recognized bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required, and three years of progressive experience in the field of specialization will be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• 15+ years of information technology experience
• Applications are open to Japanese nationals and those authorized to work in Japan. Financial assistance is not available at this time.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in customer-facing project management on ERP projects
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP or Oracle ERP projects.
• PMP certified or similarly qualified
• He has native-level Japanese and can handle business situations smoothly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team among diverse stakeholders
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Japanese Languages: Fluent Japanese level (JLPT N1 and above) and Business level English required
