Guidewire Project Manager

• Lead high-impact Guidewire implementation projects, managing end-to-end delivery across planning, testing, release, and deployment for leading insurance organizations.

• Enhance your expertise in P&C insurance technology, working with Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter in complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

Annual Salary: 8 Million Yen and Above

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Guidewire-related implementation projects from planning to delivery
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and global/offshore teams
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates
• Support requirement clarification, testing, release, and delivery activities
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards

Job Qualifications:

• Project management experience in insurance, financial services, or IT consulting
• Guidewire experience preferred, especially ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter
• Understanding of P&C insurance processes, especially claims and policy
• Experience managing system implementation or application development projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Language Requirements: Business level Japanese and Business Level english.
