Job Description

A senior Enterprise Architect is needed with strong experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy and architecture governance. The role will define architecture direction, establish standards and provide architectural guidance for technology modernisation initiatives while aligning business and technology strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps
• Establish architecture principles, standards and governance practices
• Review solution designs for alignment with enterprise architecture direction
• Guide technology modernisation initiatives from an architecture perspective
• Support enterprise-wide architecture decisions
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to align technology strategy with business requirements
• Provide architectural guidance across application, integration, cloud, security and data considerations

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong enterprise architecture experience
• Experience defining or contributing to technology strategy
• Strong application architecture knowledge
• Experience with solution governance and architecture review processes
• Strong stakeholder-management capability
• Ability to communicate architecture decisions clearly to business and technology stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud Architecture
• Integration Architecture
• Security Architecture
• Data Architecture
• TOGAF or a similar enterprise architecture framework
• Capital markets domain experience
• Experience supporting digital transformation programmes

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N3 and above)
