Job Description

Annual Salary : 5 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support support centered on ITIL-based service desk operations.
  • Responding to inquiries (email, Teams)
  • Responding to inquiries from users (number of inquiries per month: approximately 30)
  • Responding to English by email (rare)
  • Managing and promoting projects related to support apps
  • Promoting projects in collaboration with customer representatives and related vendors
  • Preparing test plans and conducting tests
  • Responding to various application procedures
  • Participating in weekly meetings
  • Operation management of support systems
  • Daily and monthly routine check
  • Recovery in the event of a failure using SQL, initial investigation, DWH routine operation
  • Supported systems: Web-based proprietary WF system, Power BI, Snowflake, Infomatica
  • OS: Windows, Linux, iOS, Tools: MS Forms, Power Automate, Teams

Job Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of IT operation and support work Detailed ITIL qualifications are not required, but you must understand the flow of operational operations such as "inquiry response, primary fault response, and steady operation" and work accurately according to procedures and rules.
  • Business system inquiry response skills Experience in responding to inquiries in business documents using email and Teams. Ability to organize user requests and properly cooperate with relevant parties (internal and vendors)
  • Basic IT literacy Experience working in Windows/Linux environments. Understanding of the execution level of select/update/insert using existing SQL
  • Attitude and skills required for work Those who can work independently. Those who value teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Those who can actively communicate and coordinate with customers and related parties.
  • Those who can actively grasp internal and external trends, learn and work on their own are welcome Experience in using target systems, OS, and tools

Languages : Business level japanese JLPT N2 and business level english.
