Job Description

Annual Salary : 8 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Ability to define and share a vision and goal to solve client's business issues with technology, and navigate with clients and related internal stakeholders
• Business sense: Ability to design a business scheme that is a win-win for both the client
• Problem-solving ability: Ability to factorize client's business issues and lead task/solution design, team formation, and project management to solve unknown problems
• Expertise: Able to ensure delivery quality by having deep knowledge and expertise in the technology and industry that the department focuses on.
• Communication skills: Able to understand the interests of customers and related internal stakeholders and move them towards action through appropriate communication (written and verbal).
• Diversity: Able to have an inclusive mindset and collaborate with professionals with different languages, cultures, and expertise.

Job Qualifications:

• Those who have experience in MGR or higher titles at a consulting firm
• Experience in project management at SI (if you do not have experience at a consulting firm, experience in upstream processes at SI is required)
• Consulting firm, Sier, Experience in business reform and business improvement support in the information systems department, etc.
• Practical experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems (infrastructure and applications) (estimated 3 years or more)
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proposal of global PJT, Experience in project management
• Experience in project management using offshore

Languages : Fluent japanese level  JLPT N1 and business level english.
