Annual Salary : 8 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• With a goal to influence customers, develop a comprehensive framework and transformation requirements for customers seeking to transform their legacy systems and IT organizations, You'd be also asked to join projects for customers.
• Support customers towards transformation planning and its execution phase by understanding current state of the customer's IT, formulating a blueprint, and establish migration policies.
• Collaborate with Global to deliver the latest insights on technology trends and provide optimal solutions to address challenges within the transformation.
• Engage with customers throughout the entire process, from the conceptual phase to the design and development phase. Capture and address customers' visions and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless transition towards effective solutions.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in MGR or higher at a consulting firm
• Experience in project management at SI (experience in upstream processes in SI is essential if you do not have experience at a consulting firm)
• Experience in global PJT proposals and project management
• Experience in project management using offshore
• Those who are aiming for an architect-oriented career path (Technology Focus)
• Experience at a consulting firm with a title of MGR or higher
• Project management experience in system integrations
• Those who have technical specialization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proposal experience of global project, and its project management experience
• Project management experience using offshore resources
• Those who wish to build technology focus, architect career path

Languages : Fluent japanese level  JLPT N1 and business level english.
